A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the board of Dentistry to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Board of Dentistry.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2016, authorized under the authority of section six, article four, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the board of Dentistry to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 2, 2016, relating to the board of Dentistry (Rule for the West Virginia Board of Dentistry, 5 CSR 01), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the board of Dentistry to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the board.
